- WHMCS data: Support tickets, replies, and attachments accessed through your WHMCS API credentials.
- Usage data: Processing statistics, feature usage, and interaction logs.
- Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the AI ticket processing service.
- To generate ticket suggestions using AI models.
- To create vector embeddings for similar ticket matching.
- To track usage for billing and plan enforcement.
- To communicate service updates and important notices.
3. AI Processing
Your ticket data is sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or other providers you configure) for processing. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We use API-level access which typically means your data is not used for model training.
4. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored on secure servers within the EU.
- API keys and credentials are encrypted using AES-256.
- All connections use TLS/SSL encryption.
- Database access is restricted and audited.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days. Processed ticket data and embeddings are deleted along with the account.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except:
- AI providers (for ticket processing, as configured by you).
- Stripe (for payment processing).
- When required by law.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to data processing.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
